Ceramic Neo provides strong water repellency, excellent surface smoothness and an easy-to-clean effect. Once fully cured, the coating helps protect the paintwork against environmental influences such as UV radiation, road salt, bird droppings and fallout, while reducing the adhesion of dirt and contamination.

Recommendations for Use

Thoroughly clean and prepare the vehicle before application. Remove all dirt, tar, tree sap, iron fallout and other contamination. Where required, polish the paintwork to remove defects and achieve a clean, smooth finish.

Remove all polishing residues and thoroughly degrease the surface before coating. The paintwork must be completely clean, dry and free from waxes, oils, polishing residues and other contaminants.

Apply Ceramic Neo panel by panel using a suitable application sponge. Work the coating into the paint in two cross-hatch passes until a thin, continuous film is visible. Allow the product to flash off before removing the excess with a suitable coating towel. Finish with a fresh side of the towel using light, circular movements and no pressure. Check the surface under suitable lighting to ensure it is free from streaks or high spots.

At approximately 20°C and 43% relative humidity, the typical flash-off time is around 8 minutes, although this can vary depending on temperature and humidity.

The coating becomes weather-resistant after approximately 18–24 hours and reaches full chemical resistance after around 9 days. Avoid washing the vehicle during the curing period and remove bird droppings or similar contamination promptly and carefully.

A second coat may be applied approximately 25 minutes after the first to further optimise protection. A third coat is not recommended.

Warnings
Do not apply to hot surfaces. Use gloves and apply only to thoroughly cleaned surfaces in a protected environment away from environmental contamination.

• in2Detailing offers free Next Day Delivery for all orders over £65 within the UK Mainland.  Orders under £65 will be subject to a carriage charge unless otherwise specified.  Carriage options and prices will be displayed at checkout (please see below for more information on services offered).  Cut off for Mainland UK Next Working Day Delivery is 2pm (Monday to Friday).

• Our Next Working Day Delivery is applicable Monday to Friday with orders placed on Friday, or after the cut-off on Thursday, due to arrive on Monday.  Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be SHIPPED on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.  We do not currently offer a Saturday delivery option.

• Our Courier Delivery Service is NOT A GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.  Although couriers deliver over 95% of orders the next working day, we cannot guarantee every order will be received the Next Working Day.  Postal charge refunds will NOT be issued for delays caused by Couriers. 

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a 2 Day Delivery Service.  Please note - THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.  Royal Mail Tracked 24 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a Next Day Delivery Service, again, THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED

• Orders outside the UK, but within Europe, will be charged a flat rate of £20.00 per order.  WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT SHIPPING TO EUROPE.  Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

• Carriage to Northern Ireland is displayed at checkout and will vary depending of the weight of the order.

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed.

• Carriage cost for all delivery options includes insurance for loss or damage in transit.
