The Convertible Care Set is an indispensable solution for every convertible enthusiast and is ideal for textile roofs. The convertible roof set includes textile roof cleaner and convertible roof impregnation. This set ensures long-lasting cleanliness of the soft top and offers effective protection against environmental and weather influences to ensure the longevity and well-groomed appearance of the convertible.

Colourlock products are easy to use, even for non-experts. The delivery includes detailed step-by-step instructions that guide you safely through the entire care process. The appropriate accessories are also included in the delivery to ensure practical handling.

Instructions for use

Important:

Test all products on a concealed area first to rule out any possible changes.

1. Cleaning – the basis for perfect results

1. Pour 100 ml of Pol Star into the empty, clear spray bottle.
2. Fill it completely with warm water and screw on the spray head.
3. Spray the dry or slightly damp soft top evenly in a place protected from the sun.
4. Work the cleaner in evenly with the Allrounder Microfibre Sponge.
5. Leave it to work for 5–10 minutes (do not allow it to dry).
6. Use the Allrounder Scrubber for stains or green scale.
7. Repeat the cleaning process if necessary.

Afterwards:

1. Rinse the soft top thoroughly with clean water – preferably with a high-pressure cleaner – until no dirt or cleaning agent remains.
2. Allow the soft top to dry completely.

2. Sealing – protection against moisture, dirt and environmental influences

Preparation:
The soft top must be dry, clean and free of residues.

How to do it:

1. Ensure the surface temperature is between 10 °C and 40 °C.
2. Cover or mask off any areas that are not to be sealed, if necessary.
3. Spray the Allround Textile Sealant generously onto the Allround Microfibre Sponge.
4. Spread it evenly and thinly over the entire soft top.
5. Ensure that all areas are completely covered and well worked in.
6. Allow the soft top to dry for at least 24 hours (no rain or moisture during this time).

3. Care – to ensure long-lasting protection
Clean the soft top gently after sealing. Refresh the protection when its effect wears off by reapplying it.

Tip:
Less is more – apply sparingly and repeat the process if necessary. With regular care, your hood will remain protected in the long term and look like new.

• Our Next Working Day Delivery is applicable Monday to Friday with orders placed on Friday, or after the cut-off on Thursday, due to arrive on Monday.  Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be SHIPPED on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.  We do not currently offer a Saturday delivery option.

• Our Courier Delivery Service is NOT A GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.  Although couriers deliver over 95% of orders the next working day, we cannot guarantee every order will be received the Next Working Day.  Postal charge refunds will NOT be issued for delays caused by Couriers. 

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a 2 Day Delivery Service.  Please note - THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.  Royal Mail Tracked 24 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a Next Day Delivery Service, again, THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED

• Orders outside the UK, but within Europe, will be charged a flat rate of £20.00 per order.  WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT SHIPPING TO EUROPE.  Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

• Carriage to Northern Ireland is displayed at checkout and will vary depending of the weight of the order.

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed.

• Carriage cost for all delivery options includes insurance for loss or damage in transit.

• If your delivery can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place by your property, please advise us when placing your order and adding the appropriate door number or location in the "special delivery instruction section".
