in2Detailing Forced Rotation Dual Action Machine Polisher Supplied with 5" (125mm) and 6" (150mm) Backing Plates

    Overview:

    • A TRULY COMPLETE SET - Comes with 1x 1100W Forced Rotation Polisher, 6m Cable with CE Certified UK Plug, 5"/125mm and 6"/150mm Backing Plates, Side Handle, Spare set of Carbon Brushes and Allen Key
    • FORCE DRIVEN & SOFT START - This machine features a direct drive mechanism which forces the pad to both rotate and oscillate with no allowance for slippage.   This machine also has the benefit of a soft start meaning it builds up to the selected speed  The locking trigger means you don't need to hold the trigger down when polishing.
    • TRIED AND TESTED  - Simply put, we have had these machines rigorously tested to make sure they meet the standards you expect when purchasing a high end machine polisher
    • THE BEST OF DUAL ACTION AND ROTARY - Similar to a standard dual action polisher like the DAS 6 Pro, this machine rotates and oscilates meaning it generates less hear than it's rotary counterpart.  Couple that with a drect drive mechanism that is present in Rotary machines and you have a dazzling combination which is both safe to use but has more than enough power to remove any swirls and scratches that come in it's path
    • 12 MONTH WARRANTY - A no questions asked 12 month Warranty against manufacturer faults. In the unlikely event your machine develops a fault you can return it to us to either be repaired or replaced. Can't say fairer than that

What is a Force Driven Machine and how does it differ from a standard Dual Action Polisher? This is a very common question.  A standard dual action polisher features a free rotating spindle - hold the machine and you will find it easy to just spin the pad.  This can be beneficial for beginners as if you apply too much pressure you will stop the pad spinning, thus preventing you from burning through your clear coat.  On the flip side, some users may feel the it bogs down over curved panels (much less common with the newer DAS 6 Pro machines. A Forced Dual action machine like this one features a direct drive mechanism instead of a free rotating spindle.  Again try holding the machine and spinning the pad and you will find you can't do it.  What this means is the machine has more 'bite' and is able to correct faster than a standard Dual Action polisher.  On the flip side, some users may find it a bit strange to use compared to a standard Dual Action polisher however don't let this put you off, with a bit of practice, you can easily master a Forced Rotation DA polisher and get amazing results.

    Forced rotation

I own a few different polishers including Rupes
I seen a couple of reviews about this machine and costing a lot less than the other brands I decided to give it a go, I have not been disappointed with the performance or any of the tasks I have asked this machine to take care of

    Great purchase

I work I a bodyshop and wanted a machine with the power of a rotary but with the safety of not burning through paint as with a da machine ,so brought in2detailings own brand forced rotation da ,takes a bit of getting used to to use but can't fault it so far ,gets enough heat into the panel to remove defects.would recommend to anyone

    Cracking bit of kit

I've been using DA and rotary machines for years and more lately listened to the praises of the forced action machines. I was going to get a flex but was loathed to pay £350+ for something I hadn't tried. I saw this machine and thought I'd risk a few quid and give it a go..... I'm so glad I did. It's one of those occasions where it paid off. The machine does a lovely job. It's a nice weight. Not too heavy. It has plenty of power and isn't overly noisy (I had thought of changing the grease to a better grease like I have done in other cheap machines but decided it wasn't necessary). It's construction is solid, and well made, so I'm hoping it lasts for years. There is a bit of vibration buts it's not a big problem by far, definitely not a game changer.,...beyond that there's not much more to say but it's a cracking bit of kit, well worth the money and has definitely sold me on forced rotation for the future
