Remove all dirt, tar, tree sap, iron fallout and other contamination. Work the coating into the paint in two cross-hatch passes until a thin, continuous film is visible. Allow the product to flash off before removing the excess with a suitable coating towel. Check the surface under suitable lighting to ensure it is free from streaks or high spots.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt approximately 20°C and 43% relative humidity, the typical flash-off time is around 8 minutes, although this can vary depending on temperature and humidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe coating becomes weather-resistant after approximately 18–24 hours and reaches full chemical resistance after around 9 days. Avoid washing the vehicle during the curing period and remove bird droppings or similar contamination promptly and carefully.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA second coat may be applied approximately 25 minutes after the first to further optimise protection.
